Salon Etiquette
Appointments
Scheduling in advance for all services is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome. We request that all guests fill out a Guest Record.
Late guests
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to shorten the appointment or to forfeit your service. In either case, you will be charged the full-service price.
Cancellations
We respectfully request 72 hours notice if you must cancel a scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be charged 100%of the service fee. Repetitive cancellations may require you to pre-pay for your next appointment.
Great Lengths hair extensions or Hair Restoration services, if you cancel the appointment your 50% deposit is forfeited. Another deposit will be required to reschedule an appointment.
Missed Appointments
Guests who schedule appointments and fail to show up will be charged the full-service fee. In addition, you may be asked to prepay for any future appointments. Guests with gift certificates will forfeit the gift certificate.
Cell Phones: Please turn your phones to vibrate.
We understand you may need to receive or make calls while you are at Celestial Hair Designs but we also want to keep a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Cell phone etiquette would be appreciated: Please do not take calls on speaker. Please keep volume down if watching anything on your phone. If possible use earbuds.
